Handbook

St. Joseph in-school registration takes place in mid-February and parish registration is usually mid-March. Details on page 3 of the School Handbook. 

Open House

The first Open House is at the beginning of the academic school year. It is a time for teachers and parents to greet one another. The teacher shares a general overview of the expectations for the year. It is a walk through for the parents in order for the parent to meet the teacher and to see their child’s learning environment.

The next Open House is during Catholic Schools Week in late January. At this time the school is open for visitors who might like to know more about the school as well as for current families.

Contracts

Parents enter into a contractual agreement for their child’s tuition and participation in the learning environment of St. Joseph School. The parents sign agreements for: tuition payments, volunteer service time, participation in
fundraising, receiving Policy Handbook, and internet safety.

VOLUNTEERS

One of the strengths of our school is the great spirit of service many parents offer to the students through the volunteer opportunities.

SCHOOL BOARD

The Parish School Board is an integral part of St. Joseph School. It meets monthly during the school year. It acts in an advisory capacity to the principal and pastor.
